Positions for which we may have openings include:
RECEPTIONISTS
Responsibilities include scheduling appointments and boarding reservations, answering the telephone, setting up new clients and patients, preparation and maintenance of medical records, admitting and discharging patients, over the counter sales, generating and mailing reminder notices and statments, computer operation, financial transactions, filing, and front office and reception area maintenance. Receptionists will assume the responsibility for acquiring the medical and legal information necessary for the performance of their duties.
RECEPTIONIST POSITIONS AVAILABLE AT THIS TIME
VETERINARY TECHNICIANS
Technicians are responsible for hospital maintenance, assisting the doctors, laboratory procedures, radiology, client communication, medical procedures, pharmacy, administering medications, operation and maintenance of instruments and equipment, inventory, daily treatment of hospitalized patients, rehabilitation, assisting in the operating room and maintenance of the OSHA and Hazardous Materials programs.
TECHNICIAN POSITIONS AVAILABLE AT THIS TIME
VETERINARIAN ASSISTANT
Responsibilities include assisting doctors and technicians, monitering patients, performing routine procedures such as fecal and urine collection, filling prescreptions and preparing medications, maintain logs for lab, controlled substances, anesthesia, surgery and radiology, recieve hospitalized patients, clean up surgery, treatment, lab, and exam areas, prepare and send out outside lab test, clean and sterilize instruments, and perform other duties as assigned.
VETERINARY ASSISTANT POSITIONS AVAILABLE AT THIS TIME
KENNEL PERSONNEL
Kennel personnel duties include cleaning cages, runs and bathing areas, provide clean litter boxes, collect urine and fecal specimens as requested, feed hospitalized and boarding as directed, follow special feeding, cleaning, and care procedures as needed, take incoming animals to appropriate areas, exercise animals, prepare animals for dismissal including bathing and brushing, do laundry, assist doctors and technicians with animal restraint, and other duties as assigned.
